Olivia is a graduate of Towson University, where she received a bachelors degree in Mass Communications & Strategic Public Relations.
After graduation in 2013, she began her real estate career and joined forces with her father, Joe Stephens, Jr, who has been a broker owner and an agent for almost 40 years. Together, they started The Stephens Team.
Since earning her license, she has completed over 200+ hours of continuing education to advance her expertise. She has represented the interests of hundreds of buyers & sellers, and prides herself on repeat and referral business.
